Marie loves to sing. She sings "I'm Wishing" from Snow White, "Once Upon a Dream" from Sleeping Beauty, the ABC's, "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star," the theme from Pirates of the Caribbean Ride "Yo, Ho A Pirate's Life for Me," "Old MacDonald had a Farm," "Sing Sweet Nightingale" from Cinderella, and a bunch of other songs that either she makes up or I just can't identify.
So, in sacrament meeting yesterday during one of the hymns, she was singing with all the energy her little soul could muster. She had a hymn book out and everything. However, she was slightly unfamiliar with the hymn we were singing, and so was not quite blending :). Scott and I were laughing. The people behind us were laughing. Scott leaned over and said, "Marie! Shshshshsh!"
She gave him the most dejected look! Poor thing just wanted to sing like everyone else! She's the first one of our children that actually tries to sing in sacrament meeting. Scott said he felt so bad after how sad she looked that he apologized and told her she could sing as much as she wants. We'll see what happens next week.

We have two little four year olds in our primary that sing there hearts out with vibrato and everything. For the most part the get the words right but the look on their face is so sincere...AHH I just love little kids!
How adorable! I hope she'll sing for me when I see you all next week!
