Ice cream

I found peppermint ice cream for an awesome price at the store (could it be because it's considered a Christmas flavor?) and I couldn't help but buy it. I LOVE peppermint ice cream. In fact, I love desserts and this is just one more. I'm no snob when it comes to dessert. I pretty much like them all. Of course, I love some more than others, but I'll eat pretty much anything. Too rich? Not a problem. Cheesecake, doughnuts, pastries, brownies, cookies, etc. I love stuff with fruit, nuts, pumpkin, zucchini, etc. I see recipes and all I can think is, "When will I ever have enough events to make all these fabulous foods?" Yum!
