I have quite a few tomatoes from my garden. I think it would be cool to make my own salsa. My mom has a recipe, but I thought I would I ask if anyone has a salsa recipe they really like. Scott loves hot stuff. I prefer more of a medium salsa. I want to can it, because I have too many tomatoes to just make fresh stuff. I am open to all kinds of varieties.

I was looking at the pictures of your kids and Peter is starting to look like Paul (our brother) did when he was a baby. Is that just me?
Also, I made jam. Lots of it. Somehow I totally overestimated the amounts of strawberries I would need. I was just reminded of that because you mentioned making salsa. And no, I don't have a different salsa recipe than you :).
