It finally snowed here! Richard really wanted to go out and play, but I worry about bringing the babies outside in fridid weather. So, I sat by the back sliding door and watched him from the inside. He was really good to stay where I could see him. Oh, I wish we had a fence... Audrey eventually joined him after she realized she was missing out on fun.

He even made a snow angel!

When Scott got home, he joined the kids outside so I could make dinner.

Audrey didn't last quite as long, because her gloves kept falling off. Any ideas of how to keep gloves on a toddler?

How fun! Sometimes I miss the snow. Have you ever seen those gloves that are connected with a long string. I guess you string it through the coat. That way they don't come off, at least I don't think that they would since they are connected to each other. You could try somehow attaching some string/shoelace/yarn or something to the mittens. Just a thought. I am not sure how well it would work though. Your kids are darling - and growing up so fast!
You got a lot more snow that we did!
I'll take duct tape for $200, alex.
I have always used a long shoelace to connect Ella's gloves together. The shoelace goes through each arm and I tighten it as much as needed. This is a good way to keep her gloves from being lost too. I hope you and your family are having a great Christmas! Thanks for the brownies.
